CASE STUDY / 11
Which hotel campaigns are still waiting for approval?
Campaign proposals, social copy, and budgets lived in separate tools. Planners had to ask which version they could use, while managers checked each campaign separately. We brought submissions, revisions, approvals, and handoffs into one workspace so both roles can see the decision and next step.
SCOPE / AI system integration, dashboard development, and workflow design
What the prototype lets you verify
Planners can see each decision, and managers can open the proposal and budget from the review queue. The approved version remains available for handoff. These behaviors can be verified in the prototype, which is still in development and testing.
- The challenge
- Campaign plans, channel copy, budgets, and approvals lived in separate tools. The team had to keep checking versions, approval status, and progress.
- The approach
- We built the workflow around each campaign, bringing permissions, planning, budgeting, approvals, and tracking into one workspace for managers and planners.
- Sign-in and role-based access
- We designed sign-in and account approval, with separate permissions for managers, planners, and administrators to manage projects, view budgets, and administer the system.
- Campaign planning and approvals
- Manage goals, audiences, offers, and copy for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and email in one place, with steps for submission, revision, and approval.
- Competitor comparison and budgeting
- Compare competitors’ campaigns, offers, and channels alongside campaign budgets, revenue targets, and estimated returns.
- Performance dashboard and data management
- Track progress, pending approvals, and goals on one dashboard, with support for handoffs, campaign reviews, and data exports.
- About the demonstration
- Client details have been anonymized. The four redesigned interface mockups use fictional campaigns and sample data. The system is still in development and testing.
